Therefore, for customers who like and use HOSONO products, we always repair them no matter how old they are.

Occasionally, we have customers who bring in a HOSONO bag that was made over 30 years ago for repair, saying, "I'm attached to it and want it repaired."

When I see such a bag, I can see how the user uses it and their personality, and I think, "I need to carefully repair it so that it can be used for another 10 years."
