  • About Returns and Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons such as wrong image (color, shape, size) or wrong order, except in the case of initial defects, due to the characteristics of "made-to-order" products.
We ask for your understanding and consideration before placing an order.

  • About product defects

Please unpack and check the product as soon as you receive it. If the product is obviously damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it as soon as possible after receiving it back with the shipping cost paid on delivery.

  • Precautions

We do not consider any defects in our products to be in the category of "handmade quality or taste," such as small scratches of a few millimeters, wrinkles in the canvas, the unique texture of the canvas, or differences in the color or texture of the leather depending on the part of the leather. We do not consider them to be defects.
Please be sure to understand the characteristics of the product before ordering.

  • In case of refund

In the event of a return or cancellation due to unavoidable reasons, we will cancel the payment record after the return is confirmed. However, please note that if the cancellation date falls on or after the settlement company's closing date, the amount will be deducted from your billing month and refunded (offset) in the following billing month.
The cancellation/refund method and processing timing may differ depending on the payment company. Please contact your payment company directly for details. (We are not able to check this information because it relates to personal information.)
